Intercropping for Sustainability Conference: open for abstracts
Update 06/07/2020: We are committed to running this conference on the 20th – 21st January 2021. Due to the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, and associated regulations and travel guidance, we are flexible about the format of the event (meet in person, virtually or a hybrid of the two). We will confirm the final format and arrangements as soon as we can. We shall provide updates to registered guests as soon as we know. Please also keep checking the website and sign up for AAB email updates to keep up-to-date.
The Horizon 2020 funded projects, DIVERSify and ReMIX, are joining forces to hold a meeting with the Association of Applied Biologists on 19th-20th January 2021 at the University of Reading, UK. These two projects focus on developing and improving intercropping practices to diversify crop systems. The meeting is open to submissions from both scientists and agricultural stakeholders from across Europe, and beyond, working in different farming systems. We aim to obtain feedback on research findings and industry-relevant tools, discuss intercropping uptake and practical application, and guide future developments in intercropping research.
For more information, including registration and abstract submission, visit the AAB website. Abstracts can be submitted until 7th September 2020.
